This website is dedicated to both the faithful and dedicated
fans of both Wilbraham Rec Basketball, and the yellow team. The site was inspired by the rapid spread of rec ball fever throughout
the community.
The Golden Gorillas are an orginization that is commited
to excellence both on and off the basketball court. We strive to not only "crush" our opposition, but to do so in a civilized
and classy fashion.
Under the direction of the Hellingers, and currently Mike
"the prophet", and Steve "the messiah" Smith, the yellow team has made an incredible resurgance to greatness, most recently
as Wilbraham rec champs. Due to its success, MTV is currently filming a "Two a Days" type documenty about the Gorillas.
Everything you want to know about the team; stats, pictures,
records ... watever, will be posted on the site following the yellow tea, throughout the season and into the record books.
